Rules for manuscript preparation for publication in the Journal "One Health and Nutrition Problems of Ukraine"

Warning! This page contains technical requirements for publications in Journal. But it is not enough. It is strongly recommended to read Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.

Editors of the Journal asks Authors to adhere to following rules of article preparation:

0. The contents of articles should match the profile of the Journal.

1. Articles should be accompanied by an official letter of the institution where the work was performed, signed by supervisor on the first page, approved by a seal of the institution.

2. The author's original must be submitted in two forms -- printed on paper (2 copies) and electronic (on a magnetic medium or sent by e-mail); electronic and print versions must be identical.

3. On the first page must be placed UDC (Universal Decimal classifier), title, initials, surname and academic degree (rank) of Author(s), the institution where it is made, city and country.

4. The article must be personally signed by all authors. Separately, you must specify the name and patronymic, scientific degree, academic rank, position, address, telephone (fax) number, e-mail of Author (or Authors) with whom Editorial Board can negotiate.

5. The structure of the main text of the original research article should correspond to the generally accepted structure for the scientific articles and consist of the following sections: "Introduction", "Purpose", "Materials and methods", "Results and discussion", "Conclusions".

6. The summary should contain the full title of the article, the author's surname and initials, keywords (5 to 10 words or phrases that reveal the content of the article) in three languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English (the translation must be of high-quality and accurate); the length of the resume must be not less than 250-300 words, the first summary in the language in which the article is written. The structure of each summary is similar to the structure of the article (purpose, materials and methods, results and discussions, conclusions). Correctly written resume and selected keywords contribute to the correct display of your publications in international science-computer systems.

7. The quoted literature (References) should be printed separately from the main text according to the new standard DSTU GOST 7.1:2006 in two versions: first according to DSTU, second is necessary for the analysis of the article in international scientific databases; it represents the same but transliterated in Latin. In the References in latin it is necessary to specify all the authors of the literary source (DSTU GOST 7.1: 2006 does not require this), it is impossible to use the symbols of the division provided by DSTU GOST 7.1:2006: "//" and "–". The name of the source (journal, conference, book) is always highlighted in italics.

The authors' surnames and the name of the journal are given in Latin transliteration, the article title is in English. (Author A. A., Author B. B., & C. Author C. C. (2009). Title of Journal, 8 (3), 22-26).

Official passport transliteration, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on January 27, 2010:

* The second version is used at the beginning of the word.
** After the letter "з" with" is used "gh". In other cases, "h".

Pay attention! To prepare the correct list of literature on the requirements of the ARA it is recommended to use Internet resource http://www.citethisforme.com/. After entering the metadata into the proposed form the system will generate a well-designed link to your references list, which you need to copy and paste into your article.

8. All articles submitted to the editorial board are subject to review and edited in accordance with the terms of publication in the journal. The editorial staff reserves the right to change the design style of the article. If necessary, the article may be returned to the authors for revision. Peer review policy and procedure can be found following this link.
