РЕЗЮМЕ. Мета. Розгляд керівних документів Європейського Союзу (ЄС) та Організації економічного співробітництва та розвитку (ОЕСР) з післяреєстраційних методів аналізу пестицидів для лабораторного контролю щодо забезпечення дотримання та моніторінгу максимальних рівнів залишків (МРЗ) пестицидів і надання пропозицій для розробки вітчизняних документів у цій галузі.

Матеріали та методи. Аналітичний огляд керівних і законодавчих документів ЄС і ОЕСР та наукових публікацій, присвячених розробці методів аналізу пестицидів для лабораторного контролю за забезпеченням дотримання та моніторінгу МРЗ пестицидів. Українські законодавчі документи, які регламентують розробку та використання методів аналізу залишків пестицидів для лабораторного контролю, потребують істотного доопрацювання згідно з вимогами ЄС і ОЕСР.

Результати та висновки. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо необхідності створення вітчизняного керівництва з розробки післяреєстраційних методів аналізу пестицидів для лабораторного контролю щодо забезпечення дотримання і моніторінгу МРЗ пестицидів на підставі керівних документів Європейського Союзу та Організації економічного співробітництва і розвитку.
