The purpose of the Journal is to publish the results of scientific research on modern problems of human health, population health, environmental health, noosphere health, nutrition problems, nutritional characteristics of food products, their safety and quality indicators, methods of their study and control, problems of regulatory and legal regulation in the specified field in the specialties I2 Medicine and E1 Biology.
This goal defines the main tasks:
- to contribute to the creation of an open scientific and information environment that ensures effective communication and interdisciplinary interaction between leading specialists, young scientists and practitioners within the framework of the concept of "One Health";
- to ensure the dissemination on the pages of the publication of progressive, innovative and original scientific developments on the problems of public health, food safety, risk assessment for human health and the environment;
- to publish the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of nutrition, food safety and quality, toxicology, biotechnology, biology and physical rehabilitation;
- to promote the implementation of scientific results in the practice of health care, food safety control systems and public administration in the field of public health;
- to provide scientific support for the improvement of regulatory and legal regulation in the areas of health care, food and chemical safety, environmental well-being;
- to highlight issues of hygienic regulation, risk assessment, chemical and food safety, ecotoxicology, the impact of hazardous factors in emergency situations and under martial law;
- to support the publication activity of applicants for scientific degrees and applicants for academic titles by publishing the main results of dissertation research in the specialties I2 Medicine and E1 Biology;
- to promote the principles of evidence-based science, academic integrity and international standards of scientific publication ethics;
- to promote the integration of the Ukrainian scientific community into the international scientific space by publishing materials in English and developing cooperation with foreign authors and reviewers;
- to form a professional discussion platform for discussing current challenges in the field of human health, the environment and nutrition in emergency situations and martial law.
